Bioregenesis is covering the topics of Holistic Health + Leading an Organised, Disciplined, Soulpurpose based lifestyle through content and a mentorgroup in these areas. It is everything around Fasting, Detoxing, Juicefasts, Antiparasite Protocols, Heavy Metal and Nano detox, Movement, Self Massage, and the health of the 4 body system.
At my first stage of Awakening and Ascension, in 2010, I quit Law School, stopped drinking, stopped meating and immediately dove deep into the Holistic Health World, first starting with the yoga disciplines and massages. I have been a yoga instructor / trainer / masseus ever since, doing group then private classes, and other holistic health studies and practices. I sort of let this profession die in a way in me, due to personal, lifestyle, and other reasons: I came out of the yoga bubble and umbrella, seeing its flaws, mistakes and hijacks and negative patriarchal overlays there too. In the past years, while I was laying off more the training and massage part, and besides my galactic studies, I was focusing a lot more on lifestyle, quality of life, liferoutines, project management methods, soul purpose manifestation processes, and a lot on healing psychological issues, not only mine, but studying the global psychosis as well that we have all been living under for thousands of years. Now all of these and others are adding up together, and with the Earthpuzzle, the spiritual theoretical mentoring starting, now I am upgrading my holistic health and trainer profession into soul purpose manifestation based holistic healh mentoring in the forms of downloadable programs, retreats, contents and group challenges. This is to come, but this is the direction my trainer self will take after 14 years of regular random floating classes. Lifedesign is the practical part of the Law of One and a life based on Krystic and World Humanism Values.
No wonder there are so many coaching mentoring self development organizations, gurus, coaches, trends and programs out there and the whole health conscious things is just growing and growing? Why do you think is that? Its because: the entirety of the earth and humans are bombarded by benevolent energies that motivates nudges and pushes us to wake up, get healthy, remember, awaken, detox, reprogram, relearn and self develop, embody into your Real Soulbased Spiritual self. This push that is coming from the Loving Sophia Christ consciousness, this organic process of awakening and ascension that is happening now, makes people to go and want to do some mentoring, coaching, upgrading, healing, self development and a big detoxing on themselves. This is all normal and is a good tendency. The bad part is that most of the mentors, healers, coaches are just simply in the box too, under the control system, under the controlled narrative, under mind control still, without them knowing. This means they will not really bring people to the place and knowledge and understanding that their soul really wants, but they too, get hijacked partially. This means, that most of them are unable to REALLY SUPPORT others at their ROOT Problems, cause they do not understand enough, and they do not discuss root issues and topics such as Galactic History and the Invasion that has happened, the multidimensional, ET, sci-fi perspective. This is why present days mainstream gurus, yoga instructors or other mainstream ones will take people only so far. they just do not know enough, and what they think they know is infected and manipulated by the negative alien forces who they are controlled by, without them knowing.
Regardless of this happening, the need to cleanse, level up our health knowledge embodiment on all levels is really felt by many, me too: I have my own stuff to deal with, but for me too: Health, Like Real Radiant health and wellbeing is my FIRSTPRIORITY, like it should be for all of us. So, this is what I can help on the practical level to those who want to start their healing and relearning and lifegoal oriented living: soul purpose manifestation based holistic health mentoring.

I have discovered EcoPrinting 4 years ago, and am practicing and studying ever since. First I fell in love with the beautiful technique ( you transfer the pigment of real leaves onto fabric) and then I realized that I need to have my Own Natural SelfMade Wardrobe immediately, firstly for HEALTH reasons. So i am sewing now clothes both for myself and others and am opening the live online shop in autumn, October. I am building the basic starter collection now and am enjoying it more i could say. 🙂 Besides the ecoprinted products, I will have an informative and eye opening blog on the website about the clothing industry, so this industry will get cleansed too at some point. Pantherstuff will have online courses and live retreats too to share the technique and the love of ecoprinting and natural clothes and I will combine these live events with the wellness life design part, meaning: when we do retreats or workshops, we surely will have a movement class and juicing cause its just so basic and every body needs it so much that I will not skip that part, nono. Our laziness that has been programmed in us by the machine: really just: has to be burnt of us and has to go.

I started to make my first homemade soaps 5 years ago too, also to change all my cosmetics into selfmade and healthy. I am a hobby self taught graphic artist since small, also just for fun. Drawing is a healing and releasing tool for me, where i can draw out themes and concepts that are surfacing. When i went through my second dark night of the soul and started my Dark Arts Training and learning energetic synthesis 2014-19 i drew like 200 pictures in a row, while listening to it, and processing all the information and going through my own lightbody and this and that activation. Ill upload them separately in a gallery here or elsewhere later, just to see or have it as a background. Good Quality Prints are available. Right now i am drawing the illustration pictures of a book i am writing called HerStory, where ill have 18 pictures for 18 chapters, should be out in a year. Ill also illustrate the EarthPuzzle contents myself. Im open for illustration or branddesign collabs, but this is more so just a hobby, a therapy tool for me 🙂

The Sacred Cat Heart
In this life I have two little cats: Sophie and Sapphire. The Holy Cat Heart messages are partly about the original significance of Cats, and their place in the Organic Mechanics of Creation, that is, in the True Divine Order of Creation, and about restoring it, plus cute and healing pictures and videos of my Two Holy Cat Ladies, my first two black velvet baby panthers. A small side project started just recently as a hobby, Mushroom Lamps with Crystals. Brings out the inner child, feels cozy to have in your home, ppl love it, like me too. 🙂 I do workshops too where you can make your own. Mushrooms belong to the Solar Sophia Christ Mother Nature. There’s some weirdness surrounding it in the Negative alien agenda, they are pushing mushrooms everywhere in all levels. I really dunno why, I Gotta figure it out.
